By using any part of the Hair Repair Bar by GIOJÉ™ website, hairrepairbar.com (“the Site”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, or otherwise, may not use the Site.

The Site refers to Hair Repair Bar by GIOJÉ™ a New York corporation with headquarters located at 265 Bleecker Street, New York, NY 10014, and reserves all rights to the content displayed on the Site and or has permissions to display content from the owners. Throughout this agreement, Hair Repair Bar by GIOJÉ™ may be referred to as (“We”) and we may refer to users of The Site as (“You”)

We prohibit the duplication of any part of the Site including but not limited to the use of text, trademarks, logos, images, and video without our express written consent.

Users of The Site must be at least 18 years of age, or if under 18, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

When making appointments for services on The Site, you understand that you are leaving The Site and visiting a third-party appointment booking website hosted by Daysmart Software. You will be required to enter certain information such as your name, email address, phone number, and credit card information to successfully make an appointment, which will be used to send email and SMS text appointment confirmations and reminders, payment for services, and marketing purposes such as sales, discounts, and other promotional offers made available by Hair Repair Bar by GIOJÉ™. The terms by which we use the data we collect from you to satisfy appointment booking are indicated in our Privacy Policy.

The images located in the services section of the Site are intended to give only an approximation of results. Actual desired results of services should be discussed with one of our hairstylists prior to services rendered. We encourage users to indicate their desired results prior to making appointments for services either by phone or in-person.

When purchasing products from the Site, you understand that you will be required to provide your name, email address, phone number, bill-to and ship-to addresses, and credit card information to successfully complete your order. The terms by which we use the data we collect from you for online product purchases are indicated in our Privacy Policy. All products sold on the Site are for external use only and are not to be ingested for any reason.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse fulfillment orders, either partially or in full, and will refund payments received equal to the unfulfilled portion.
